Payment technology platform provider · orchestration layer

The gateway and orchestration technology our syndicate runs on.

Euroxen is a payment technology platform provider and holds no licence itself. The name Euroxen stands for all organisations within our syndicate; specific syndicate entities hold their own licences for regulated payment activities and are considered financial institutions. The gateway technology is built and operated by Texxcor Middle East LLC.

    Regulated activity & settlement

Texxcor Middle East LLC operates steps 02–03 as technology only. Regulated payment activity, funds custody and settlement sit entirely with the licensed syndicate entity in step 04. Connection to external acquirers outside the syndicate is not an option.

Structure of the syndicate

Euroxen is the technology. The licences sit with our syndicate entities.

Euroxen is a payment technology platform provider and does not itself hold any licence. The name Euroxen is used as a synonym for all organisations within our syndicate. Specific entities within the syndicate hold their own licences for regulated payment activities and are considered financial institutions — for details, contact us directly. Texxcor Middle East LLC provides payment gateway technology services exclusively to entities associated with our syndicate and their partners; connection to external or third-party acquirers is not an option.

Capabilities

One integration across the syndicate

Gateway and orchestration in a single platform, so entities and partners inside the syndicate maintain one integration instead of one per destination.

01

Gateway core

A single API for authorisation, capture, refund, void and recurring flows, normalised across every connector inside the syndicate.

  • /REST + webhooks
  • /Idempotent operations
  • /Normalised error taxonomy
02

Orchestration engine

Rules-driven routing between the licensed syndicate entities, with cascading retries on soft declines and weighted traffic splits.

  • /Routing rules
  • /Cascade & retry logic
  • /Traffic weighting
03

Tokenisation vault

Network and platform tokens stored inside our PCI-scoped vault so connected systems stay out of cardholder data scope.

  • /PAN vaulting
  • /Network tokens
  • /Token reuse inside the syndicate
04

3DS & SCA

3-D Secure 2 authentication handling with exemption and frictionless flow support, delegated to certified 3DS servers.

  • /3DS2 flows
  • /Exemption handling
  • /Challenge routing
05

Transaction visibility

Unified transaction records, connector-level reason codes and reconciliation files across all routed traffic.

  • /Unified records
  • /Reason-code mapping
  • /Reconciliation exports
06

Platform operations

Sandbox parity, versioned APIs, internal connector certification and observability built for payment traffic at volume.

  • /Sandbox parity
  • /Versioned API
  • /Observability hooks

Integration

A predictable API surface

Create a payment once and let routing rules decide which licensed syndicate entity executes it. Connector-specific behaviour is normalised behind a stable contract.
