1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. The website is operated by Texxcor Middle East LLC, registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, which operates the Euroxen platform.
2. Nature of our services
Euroxen is a payment technology platform provider and does not itself hold any licence. The name Euroxen is used as a synonym for all organisations within our syndicate; specific entities within the syndicate hold their own licences for regulated payment activities and are considered financial institutions. For details, contact us directly. Texxcor Middle East LLC is not a bank, acquirer, payment institution or money services business, does not hold, transmit or settle funds and does not act as merchant of record. It provides payment gateway services exclusively to entities associated with our syndicate and their partners; a connection to a different or external acquirer is not an option.
3. No offer or advice
Information on this website is provided for general information. It is not an offer to provide services in any jurisdiction where doing so would require a licence we do not hold, and it is not legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice.
4. Contractual terms take precedence
Platform access is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, service levels, support, data processing and liability. Where this website and that agreement conflict, the agreement prevails.
5. Website content
Performance figures, deployment options and connector categories described here are indicative platform capabilities and design targets. They are not commitments unless included in a signed agreement, and they do not imply that services are available to organisations outside our syndicate and its partners.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, access it by automated means that degrade its availability, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content. Do not submit cardholder data or credentials through website forms.
7. Intellectual property
The Euroxen name, platform, documentation and site content are the property of Texxcor Middle East LLC. No licence is granted by your use of this website.
8. Third-party references
References to schemes, wallets or technology providers are descriptive only and do not imply endorsement, an existing certification, or the availability of a connection to any provider outside our syndicate.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Liability in respect of platform services is governed solely by the applicable client agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to the jurisdiction clauses of any separate client agreement.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.
