Euroxen is a payment technology platform provider and does not itself hold any licence. The name Euroxen is used as a synonym for all organisations within our syndicate. Specific entities within the syndicate hold their own licences for regulated payment activities and are considered financial institutions — for details, contact us directly. Texxcor Middle East LLC provides payment gateway technology services exclusively to entities associated with our syndicate and their partners; connection to external or third-party acquirers is not an option.

A narrow mandate, deliberately
Payment infrastructure gets fragile when a single company tries to be technology provider, licence holder, orchestrator and merchant of record at once.
Texxcor Middle East LLC operates Euroxen as a pure technology business and holds no licence of its own. We build the layer that authenticates, tokenises, validates and routes payment messages, and every transaction is executed by a licensed entity within our syndicate. That boundary is not a limitation we work around — it is the decision the platform is designed on.
The name Euroxen stands for all organisations within our syndicate. Specific entities hold different licences for regulated payment activities and are considered financial institutions; details are provided on direct request. Gateway services are supplied only to those entities and their partners — a connection to a different, external acquirer is not an option.

Technology only, no licence
Texxcor Middle East LLC deliberately stays out of the regulated perimeter. It holds no licence, no funds and no merchant of record role. The licences sit with the entities inside our syndicate.
Engineering-led
The platform is built and supported by the people who designed it. Counterparties talk to engineers during scoping, certification and incidents.
Inside the syndicate
Gateway services are provided only to entities associated with our syndicate and their partners. Connecting to external, third-party acquirers is not an option we offer.

Every deployment starts with a written division of responsibility, so audits and regulator questions have a single, consistent answer.
