Euroxen is a payment technology platform provider operated by Texxcor Middle East LLC, registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Euroxen holds no licence itself; the name is used as a synonym for all organisations within our syndicate, and specific entities within it hold licences for regulated payment activities and are considered financial institutions. This notice covers this website and the gateway technology operated by Texxcor Middle East LLC.
2. Our role
For data submitted through this website we act as controller. For payment and transaction data processed through the platform we act as processor on behalf of the syndicate entity or partner that determines the purposes of that processing. Texxcor Middle East LLC does not hold or settle funds and does not use that transaction data for its own commercial purposes.
3. Data we collect from this website
Contact details and message content you submit through the enquiry form, and basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and functional.
4. Data processed through the platform
Transaction data, tokenised payment credentials, authentication results and connector responses, processed strictly under our agreement with the relevant syndicate entity or partner and only for the purpose of delivering the gateway and orchestration service.
5. Legal bases
We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and operate our website securely, and on the performance of a contract for processing carried out on behalf of syndicate entities and their partners.
6. Sharing
Personal data may be shared with the licensed syndicate entities and approved technology providers involved in a transaction flow, and with infrastructure sub-processors that host the platform. We do not sell personal data and we do not transmit data to acquirers outside our syndicate.
7. International transfers and residency
Platform deployments can be pinned to a specific region where required. Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate contractual safeguards.
8. Retention
Website enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and keep a record of it. Platform data is retained according to the retention schedule agreed with the relevant syndicate entity and any applicable legal requirements.

10. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold as controller. Where we act as processor, we will refer your request to the relevant syndicate entity or partner and support them in responding.
